That&#8217;s why, despite being a soloist,\u00a0her name is preceded by a plural article.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Libera<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0is her\u00a0<strong>debut EP<\/strong>, out today\u00a0<strong>May 8, 2020<\/strong>\u00a0via the English label\u00a0<strong>The Sound Of Everything<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The minimal sound of Le Marina has been defined\u00a0<strong>future trip hop<\/strong>, influenced by the historic scene of Bristol captained by Massive Attack but also by the contemporary\u00a0<strong>nu-R&amp;B<\/strong>\u00a0of FKA twigs or the intimate\u00a0<strong>electro-songwriting<\/strong>\u00a0of Tirzah. It&#8217;s a bipolar sound, which can be as romantic as it is macabre.\u00a0<em>Libera<\/em>\u00a0contains six songs in coherent succession with each other, from the intriguing teaser-intro\u00a0<em><strong>I Found A VHS<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0to the shady sinuosity of the single\u00a0<strong><em>Say It Sad <\/em><\/strong>(watch the brand new video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cmGDJ3_2OAw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>),\u00a0<em>I&#8217;ll Never Love You<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Dead End<\/em>.
