Cemento Atlantico<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is the first recording project by the Italian DJ\/producer\u00a0Alessandro “ToffoloMuzik” Zoffoli<\/strong>, conceived between 2020 and 2021, in an orphaned silence from wandering and social sharing due to the lockdown in this Pandemic era.<\/p>\n

To be released on\u00a0vinyl, CD and all digital platforms on\u00a0July 29th, 2021<\/strong>\u00a0via\u00a0Bronson Recordings<\/strong>, the album\u00a0Rotte Interrotte\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>was born from the need to translate the\u00a0travel experiences<\/strong>\u00a0of recent years into music:\u00a0Morocco, Vietnam, Peru, Cambodia, Colombia, India, Guatemala, Myanmar<\/strong>. At the edge of the world.<\/p>\n

The sound that fills everyday life is often seen as a foregone background, in reality all its connotations can be explored and ordered to create a melody. Without a shadow of a doubt, the threshold of auditory attention rises by being sent, immersed in cultures and countries other than your own. Among those coordinates, Cemento Atlantico has kidnapped fragments,\u00a0samples and field recordings<\/strong>\u00a0from nature, history, road and sacred places. Emotions engraved in the mind with occasional recording means, subsequently manipulated through\u00a0electronics<\/strong>\u00a0and rhythmic construction creating a truly unique and contemporary sound and of cultural\u00a0melting-pot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Zoffoli has written, produced and mastered everything, also taking care of its artwork. Cemento Atlantico’s logo is made up of the initials “C” and “A”: “The letter ‘A’ indicates the first Ocean I crossed, the Atlantic one, while the letter” C “- represented by a crescent Moon, with no political or religious reference – symbolizes rebirth, the growth of a project or the advent of a new life in many ancient and modern cultures<\/em>“.\u00a0Trip hop, dubstep and chillout<\/strong>\u00a0are intertwined with\u00a0world music<\/strong>\u00a0and ethnic elements, as if the starting point was Bristol, rather than Cesenatico, Italy, and the arrival point was all to be soundtracked, all to be explored.<\/p>\n

After the first excerpt\u00a0Beat ’em Bang<\/strong><\/em>, Amazonienne<\/strong><\/em> is the brand new single out\u00a0on all digital platforms on July 22th, 2021<\/strong>. Amazonienne<\/em> is set in Iquitos, 1200 km2 of city in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, a urban agglomeration built on the empty tree created by the criminal deforestation by G. Eiffel. The singing of the Phia, a very common bird in the Amazon rainforest, gave rise to the natural carpet and synth base of this song. The singing theme comes from a shamanic rite in the Quechua language. More than an album,\u00a0Rotte Interrotte<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0is a casket of stories set in time with your eyes closed, in the deep belief that through sound you can imagine the world without seeing it.<\/p>\n
